Insight Reports

In order for us to give you a quote, we need two reports run from the Insight PC. The two reports are: "System Profile Report" and "Panel Configuration Report". These reports will provide us accurate information on the system and therefore the price of the licence can be calculated. Below is a step-by-step guide to getting the reports.

Desigo System Profile Report

If the site no longer has access to the Insight PC but has Desigo, you may be able to run one of the reports from Desigo.

SiteInfo Report (SIR)

This report is used to determine the scope of work needed.
