PurpleSwift offers 1 year of remote access support with each sale. The option to extend support contract beyond 1 year is available at an additional fee.

Software updates, if required, will be provided free of charge during the support period.

This software is licenced “as is”. You bear the risk of using it. PurpleSwift offers no express warranties, guarantees or conditions.

If the software does not work as described, you are entitled to a full refund for the BACnetP2 licence as invoiced.

You can recover from PurpleSwift and its suppliers only direct damages up to US$ 5.00. You cannot recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect or incidental damages.
